Configure NAT Mapping for RDP in vCloud Director

If you direct console to your virtual machines in vCloud Director over internet, sometime slowly. And actually you do not need access through vCloud Director if you want to console the guest OS.

Now, how we can do a remote desktop a virtual machine inside the vDC in vCloud Director?

Open your vDC in vCloud Director.

Choice your Organizations.

Click Administration. And click Network in left column.

Choice the External Network.

Right click on your External Network, then click Configure Services.

Bstep5

Click NAT Mapping, then click Add.

Bstep6

Now, choice your External IP and fill in the Port. Internal IP is your virtual machines IP. Since for RDP then write the Port 3389 and Protocol TCP. Click OK.

Now you are ready to remote your virtual machines.
